Our vibration analysis program allows us to collect vibration data and to monitor the characteristic changes in rotating machinery caused by imbalance, misalignment, bent shaft, mechanical looseness, faults in gear drives, defects in rolling-element bearings, and/or defects in sleeve bearings. Our vibration program can help plant personnel to minimize unplanned downtime by scheduling needed repairs during normal maintenance shutdowns.  At the end of each vibration analysis, a detail report is issued with recommendation that includes short term and long term countermeasures.
